In accordance with the requirements of Article 20 of the Social Care Standards Authority Act, Chapter 582 of the Laws of Malta, hereunder are the type of services licensed by the Authority, namely:
1. The Agencies accredited by the Social Care Standards Authority in terms of Article 15 of the Adoption Administration Act, Chapter 495 of the Laws of Malta;
2. The Agency accredited by the Social Care Standards Authority in terms of Article 13 of the Foster Care Act, Chapter 491 of the Laws of Malta;
3. Service Providers offering services to individuals with drug, alcohol and gambling related problems licenced by the Social Care Standards Authority;
4. Service Providers offering Residential Services licenced by the Social Care Standards Authority;
5. Service Providers offering Residential Services for Older Persons licenced by the Social Care Standards Authority by virtue of Article 30 of the above mentioned Act;
6. Service Providers offering Day Centre Services licenced by the Social Care Standards Authority;
7. Service Providers offering Community and Support Services licenced by the Social Care Standards Authority;
8. Service Providers offering Respite Services licenced by the Social Care Standards Authority;
9. Service Providers offering Shelter and Temporary Accommodation Services licenced by the Social Care Standards Authority;
10. Service Providers offering Office-Based Services in the social welfare sector licenced by the Social Care Standards Authority.
